2. What data we process and why
The website does not use forms, accounts, cookies or analytics. We process personal data only when you contact us by email or phone. In that case we process your name, your contact details (email address, phone number) and the content of your message.
Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where your enquiry relates to a possible or existing contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping business correspondence.
3. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting contract, and afterwards only as long as statutory retention duties (for example accounting and tax law) require.
4. Hosting and technical logs
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. as our processor. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, user agent and the time of the request, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify visitors.
5. International transfers
Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
6. No cookies, no profiling
We set no cookies and use no analytics or tracking. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Details: Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
